A booking may be made under “general hire” if it meets the three points listed below. Any booking that falls outside these defined limits must be completed as a Commercial Booking Application. A general hire booking:
- Is non-ticketed
- Has less than 300 attendees
- Does not have on site commercial operators or event coordination
50% discount applicable to Not-For-Profit or charity organisations (discount applies to park booking only, not utility costs).
* Bookings are per designated area within the park
* Daily booking rate covers a single date, being a 24hour period from midnight to midnight

This category includes activities such as bootcamps, group fitness training, and other group active recreational pursuits as approved. Maximum 18 participants per group booking.
